You can sign up for your membership and the clinic online with a credit card. You must be membership to attend the clinic.

If you plan to send your registration form in the mail, please do it soon to make sure we have you pre-registered. Be sure to make your reservations at the Turning Stone soon as rooms go quickly.  The rate is $169.00 per night. There are rooms available but only single rooms.  Depending on your situation, you can request a cot or you can request to put a King size bed the single room.   Be sure to tell them you with the NYSHSFCA group.
